Contrary to what its name suggests, the Certified ONYA® Sirloin Tip Roast comes from the Round primal, and is located next to the tip of the Sirloin primal. A naturally lean cut from a working muscle, roasting low and slow will bring out the best in Certified ONYA® flavor and tenderness.
Like all of our Certified ONYA® beef, our sirloin tip roasts are dry aged a minimum of 14 days for additional tenderness and deeper, more developed flavors.
