Young cattle produce beef that is simply more tender. Our Certified ONYA® Beef comes from cattle aged 18 months at harvest. Old enough to develop beautiful marbling (thanks to the great genetics) and young enough to be supremely tender - the sweet spot for producing incredible beef

Our cattle are fed diets formulated by Ph.D ruminant nutritionists to match their nutritional and health needs, every day of their life. These diets are designed right down to micro elements such as trace minerals, vitamins and antioxidants at levels of parts per million to produce a perfect balance of nutrients for optimal animal health and outstanding beef.

All Certified ONYA® Beef is dry aged a minimum of 14 days for a truly elevated eating experience. Not only does dry aging allow the meat to become incredibly tender, it also produces a deeper and more developed flavor profile, amplifying the umami.
