Boned & Tied A prime rib roast generally cooks best with the bones left intact. However, the presence of the rib bones makes carving and serving the roast a challenge. For this reason, our team of butchers have cut off the rib bones and tied them back on, giving you the best of both worlds. When it comes time to serve the roast, simply cut the twine and the rib bones will fall away, leaving you with a boneless prime rib ready for carving. Plus, as a bonus, you'll have some great beef back ribs to enjoy as an appetizer!
