An icon of the churrascaria or Brazilian steakhouse, the picanha, also known as the coulotte, is an incredibly flavorful and tender cut taken from the sirloin. Often prepared as individual steaks skewered in the shape of a "C" and grilled over charcoal, the thick fat cap adds rich, beefy flavor into every bite. Season with salt & pepper or your rub of choice and grill to medium-rare for an eating experience that'll have you coming back for more.
Like all of our Certified ONYA® beef, our picanha is dry aged a minimum of 14 days for additional tenderness and deeper, more developed flavors.
